Students are allowed to request a teacher change. Please let us know by the close of business hours on Thursday in order to have a new teacher confirmed for the following week.

Cancellation procedure and contact information
Please e-mail (info@lvstudioweb.com) or call (cell phone: 1158556472) during business hours (9.30am to 4.30 pm, Monday through Friday) to cancel a class. The cancellation is valid once we confirm reception. The communication related to the classes is centralized by the staff members only. Students can not exchange contact information (phone number, email or social networks) with lvstudio teachers.

Unexpected teacher cancellations
When a teacher cancels a class at the last minute (due to illness or an emergency) we try to find a replacement teacher. In the event we are unable to find a replacement teacher for that day, we schedule a makeup class as soon as possible.

Refunds
Our packages are non-refundable. If you are unable to complete the course, or attend makeup sessions, we won’t be able to issue a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Classes Scheduled in Public Places
When courses are held in a cafe or restaurant, it is the student’s responsibility to cover the cost of beverages consumed by the professor.
